Chifle cu morcov

Pt. 6 chifle :

cca.70-75 gr. seminte de secara

50 ml apa

1-2 morcovi (depinde de marime)

15 gr drojdie

1/2 lingurita sare

200 ml lapte (sau apa)

350 gr faina (de preferat durum sau integrala fina,dar poate fi si alba)

Apa in clocot se toarna peste semintele de secara,se lasa asa intr-un vas timp de o ora.

Morcovul se rade.

Drojdia se dizolva in putin lapte cald (sau apa).Se toarna restul de lapte (sau apa),se adauga semintele,morcovul si sarea. Se adauga si faina si se framanta aluatul foarte bine (sau la masina de paine).Se lasa la crescut cca.1 -1 1/2 ora.

Se fac chifle si se pun la copt in tava cu hartie de copt la 220 gr. Sunt gata in aprox. jumatate de ora.

Se pot umple cu branza,rosii,castraveti,salata,marar…
